Exchange Policy
At Hoore, we want you to love what you wear. If you receive a product that doesn’t fit or wasn’t what you expected, we offer an easy and reliable exchange process.
Please read our exchange terms carefully before requesting an exchange.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for:

Sale or discounted items

Accessories
-
Customized or altered orders
-
Items damaged due to customer misuse

Products without original tags or packaging
3. Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Request
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for exchange.
Step 2: Approval
Our team will review your request and provide approval if it meets the policy criteria.
Step 3: Send Item Back
You must send the product back to us through any courier service of your choice.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Step 4: New Item Dispatch
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will dispatch the replacement product OR
-
Provide a store credit if the requested item is out of stock
4. Exchange Charges

Exchange shipping charges must be covered by the customer.

Hoore does not offer free return pickup at the moment.
5. Wrong or Defective Item
If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share pictures or a short video of the issue.

We will cover the exchange shipping cost in this case.
6. Color & Fabric Disclaimer
Slight color variation may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Such variations are not eligible for an exchange.
7. Repeat Exchanges
Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
